Books for Love: Auction #1

Books for Love is an event I created a year ago to help kids with cancer in Indonesia. These kids are coming from poor families. There is a foundation which these children are helped and funded, it is called Yayasan Kasih Anak Kanker Indonesia (Care for Cancer Kids Foundation Indonesia), situated in Jakarta. Last year, Indonesian, New Zealand, and Australian foodie bloggers had succeeded raising IDR 6,050,000. Hopefully, we'll be able to help these children again, with more hope and more generous people who can help with bidding. Every dollar counts, every kindness is highly appreciated.

Each auction will be announced each day with length 4 days in each session to allow you to participate. Every auction will be posted in a different post. If you wish to bid, you need to leave your name and your active email address to let us contact you immediately, if you're the winner. Please, come back to see more, in case you'll miss the last bid.

Please, put your bidding price on the comment box. This auction will be closed on 30 January 2009, at 10pm, New Zealand time. The winner will be emailed as soon as it is finished. Please note, that this blog is cross-posted to FoodnGarden on Multiply, so there'll be a possibility another bidder has put a higher price (I will keep you informed on the sidebar).

The price starts with New Zealand Dollar (NZD). You can use Universal Currency Converter to convert NZD to your home currency.
